Antique Pre-war Lionel Electric 250 Engine 0-4-0, 1934

ANTIQUE PRE-WAR LIONEL ELECTRIC 250 ENGINE 0-4-0, 0 GAUGE. Up for review is the. Antique Lionel 250, O Gauge, Prewar 0-4-0 Electric Locomotive. This locomotive features a tinplate body, motor with manual reverse unit, lights, combination couplers, and metal wheels. This locomotive measures approximately 7 ½ inches long. The electric engine has a terra cotta base with orange cab. It was manufactured by Lionel in 1934. This engine runs forward and reverse. The paint and patina are what is expected for an item that is 90 years old. This electric engine is in very good condition. See pictures for more details.

Antique Prewar O Gauge LIONEL 262 Steam Locomotive, 5 pc Freight train Set

1933 Lionel 262 engine, tender, gondola #902, tanker #804 and caboose #807. The train set runs great, forward and reverse. The set is used and shows minor rust spots on some cars. A nice prewar set.

Antique Lionel prewar Standard ga train engine #390E with tender. IMHO excellent

Photos are the best description as to condition. Wheels do turn but seems to not have been run to back when it was new. I think you will be happy but I’m not saying item is perfect. Tender is about the same excellent condition as is probably the original tender to this toy. IMHO, great find for the collector or fine trains. Paint is scraped away on underside where front wheel rub on frame so I believe this is the original condition. Wear on contact rollers is slight if any….. Antique Lionel Pre War Standard Guage Train Set Engine 50 & Cars Lot Of 4

Antique Lionel Pre War Standard Guage Train Set – Engine 50 & Cars – Lot of 4. This set was originally green but then painted blue. There is paint missing and bare metal – slight surface rust on roof of Pullman car. New York Central Lines. Engine 50 – does have weld spots – engine does turn by hand but sticks a bit has not been tested – may need cleaned, oiled or tweaked a bit – missing bells, light, window grates and bars – does have the cattle pushers on front and rear – does have all wheels, engine (motor) – see pics. Observation Car – I believe car number 36 – again can see green paint underneath the blue – some paint loss where it’s bare metal – may or may not be missing the colored window sections on bottom half – otherwise excellent condition- structurally very sound and ready for the track. Pullman Car – I believe car number 35 – missing paint – painted blue over the green – some surface rust on roof – may be missing colored window bottom sections – some weld spots (minor) – again ready for the track and structurally sound. All have the car connectors. For additional photos or questions please ask. This would be a great collection to fix up and bring back to life or leave as is.
