Photos are the best description as to condition. Wheels do turn but seems to not have been run to back when it was new. I think you will be happy but I’m not saying item is perfect. Tender is about the same excellent condition as is probably the original tender to this toy. IMHO, great find for the collector or fine trains. Paint is scraped away on underside where front wheel rub on frame so I believe this is the original condition. Wear on contact rollers is slight if any….. Antique Lionel Pre War Standard Guage Train Set – Engine 50 & Cars – Lot of 4. This set was originally green but then painted blue. There is paint missing and bare metal – slight surface rust on roof of Pullman car. New York Central Lines. Engine 50 – does have weld spots – engine does turn by hand but sticks a bit has not been tested – may need cleaned, oiled or tweaked a bit – missing bells, light, window grates and bars – does have the cattle pushers on front and rear – does have all wheels, engine (motor) – see pics. Observation Car – I believe car number 36 – again can see green paint underneath the blue – some paint loss where it’s bare metal – may or may not be missing the colored window sections on bottom half – otherwise excellent condition- structurally very sound and ready for the track. Pullman Car – I believe car number 35 – missing paint – painted blue over the green – some surface rust on roof – may be missing colored window bottom sections – some weld spots (minor) – again ready for the track and structurally sound. All have the car connectors. For additional photos or questions please ask. This would be a great collection to fix up and bring back to life or leave as is. This is a very rare and very cool antique / vintage Lionel Craft 44 Speedboat. It is a wind up and comes with what appears to be its original winding key. It winds up and the propeller turns VERY FAST. See the last photo and you can see the propeller moving. It’s shocking how fast this propeller moves. Antique Lionel-Craft Prewar 44 Speedboat Wind Up Works Toy Boat with Key Vintage
This is a very rare and very cool antique / vintage Lionel Craft 44 Speedboat. It is a wind up and comes with what appears to be its original winding key. It winds up and the propeller turns VERY FAST. See the last photo and you can see the propeller moving. It’s shocking how fast this propeller moves. We have not cleaned the boat etc. As we are not experts and did not want to do more harm than good. Please see photos and ask any questions. Antique Prewar Lionel Trains #96 Original Box Pullman 603 604. I believe this set was only offered in 1924 or 1925. Originally came with engine and 3 cars with track etc. Dark green #153 engine. Both forward, reverse and light works. A chip on one of the wheels. Appears to be original paint. Was told the motor was gone through recently. 3 Pullman 603 cars. 2 are original to the set with ink stamp on the underside and 603 on the backside. The third one is not stamped underneath or on the rear. Two observation cars 604. Both stamped underneath and number stamped. One is missing inside light housing. Original box is in pretty good condition for its age and hard to find. Hopefully you have what it takes to complete this set! Dont know if anything has been modified! Any questions please ask.
