Use the pictures to determine condition for yourself. The chrome isn’t really good shape. There’s not much pitting at all. There’s a dent or two. I tried to get in the pictures. They’re very small. The bottoms of all the coaches are still scratch free. I would say this has very low on time and is in excellent condition for its age. The set box has all the flaps. The set number is ripped off of the box from when the tape came off. I assure you this is the original set box for this set. It has the engine box which is complete and the coach boxes are not in great shape They’re missing and either both or one of the ends. There is no insert for the engine box.

1930s Lionel Winner Lines Passenger set with steam Engine and 1016 Tinder with two 1011 passenger cars in fair condition with some ware and nicks and scratches. The Engine was tested with a 9V battery and runs, but it does need to be taken apart cleaned and lubricated. Please see 4th and 5th pic, the pin on the back wheel needs to be realigned to being even, but this can be done when you clean and lubricate engine.
