10 enameled metal observation car, made for 1938 version of Blue Comet sets. It is original tu-tone blue with ivory-white trim, black stamped lettering, nickel handrails/steps/journals and silver painted end railing. It has blue plastic in upper windows, no clear plastic, complete illumination parts. Finish is shiny clean with light wear edges and roof, looks near EX. It has bold lettering, light worked/flickered and coupler opened when tested. All Items, including N. (new-old-stock), are graded and represented as vintage collectibles.
