This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-3: Good based on visual appearance. This locomotive has been re-painted. The shell shows a few spots of thick scrapes that are pretty deep into the shell. One pf the poles on the rear platform is heavily bent and the other piece is missing. This locomotive shows scratches and paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. This locomotive shows rust on the chassis and trucks. This item has been inspected by our repair shop. Please see the attached picture for inspection details and additional operation information. Previous owner has installed MEW reproduction wheels.
