Item: Lionel Prewar Locomotive. Scale: O or O-27. Box / Condition: None. Description: Lionel Prewar O / 0-27 Steam Locomotive. I also cannot guarantee that there are no missing parts, or that all the parts are original. I also cannot guarantee that the Loco & Tender are a match. Tough to find 1663 0-4-0 Switcher Locomotive, runs in both directions but slowly, needs cleaning and oil, the backup light works on the tender, will need to be rewired, I see a scuff on the smoke stack, the marker light are not broken, bent or missing, red jewels there. TCA (Train Collectors Assoc) Standard for Grading. Brand New all original, unused and unblemished. Complete all original, no rust, no missing parts, may show effects of being on display and/or age, may have been run. All original minute scratches and paint nicks, no rust and no missing parts.
