This vintage Lionel Prewar Red & Chrome Junior Streamliner Passenger Set is a must-have for any model railroad enthusiast. The set includes four passenger cars, each with a length of 12 inches and a width of 3.25 inches. The cars feature a 3-Rail-3-Conductor rail system, analog control system, and live steam power type. The set is a replica of the Advanced Passenger Train (APT) and is painted in the iconic red and chrome colors of the Lionel Jr 1700E corporate roadname. The cars are made of pressed steel and steel materials and have a scale of 1:48. The set comes ready to go or pre-built and is in a C-6 Very Good grade. This is a great addition to any collection and perfect for those who love transportation-themed models. It has been rewired and E-unit Rebuilt could use a light cleaning. There are very few chips in red paint and only a couple small places in the chrome that have any light scratches or maybe a quarter inch rust spot so it has been taken care of through all these years. I have more of these but I have to rebuild the E-units on them and some of them are a Grey color. This is the better one.
