LIONEL Prewar 263E engine Refurbished, serviced read description & see pictures

I bought it to complete. Has a solid brass steam chest I painted, New side rods there were non, several new wheels, Needed to be rewired, Missing front boiler, and did not run. I spent a lot of hours getting it completed.
