Last one I had. I restore these oldies as a hobby for something to do. I try to salvage as many original parts as possible. Not much for my time since it’s a hobby. They are stripped (if needed & repainted) other wise I try to clean them up. Sometimes a little touch up. I use Lionel paint when I can. They are rewired and serviced as needed and check out to be sure they work. If some seem high priced it’s because there are new parts that are costly. Wheels, Couplers and outside accessories are very costly. I restored it and went over it completely replacing what was needed and salvaging what I could. Motor run very good. Vintage/Antique Lionel 248 Lionel Orange Prewar 0-4-0 Electric engine. I went over it and serviced it, repaired and replaced what was needed to make it like it is.
