Overall the item is in good physical condition. I rewired it and oiled the whistle motor. I don’t notice any issues. The shell is in good condition. No cracks or breaks. Must be in original box unopened with no damage to the package or packaging (we need to be able to resell that product as new). Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”.
