This is a Lionel 263 Tender With original Box (No Whistle) All parts where cleaned and polished that were original. Added new parts that were missing or damaged. It was in very good condition when I found it years ago. It may have been restored awhile ago in the past 80 years. What you see you will get. Box is not in too bad condition see pictures.
