If my price seems high I want you to know that I usually put 6-10 hours of labor restoring it to the condition it is at now. If you want one cheaper you may have to repair it and its costly. Only problem was bad wheels, didn’t run & missing parts, It may have been restored sometime in the past or may be original paint paint. Colors are Lionel original colors. There are a few chips on cab and wear around the switching lever. Wheels are all good now. Motor was rewired and serviced and runs and switches great. Runs in both directions just fine. New coupler and a few brass trim parts. Most 250 cabs did not have the reversing switch slot on the top. This must be a later version when Lionel was changing to the 252.
