Enameled metal switch tower accessory, made early 1930s is terra cotta and mustard with peacock windows, Mojave base, pea green roof, dark red chimney. It has its +s and s. The main building walls and trim are all very nice. There is light corrosion on and around metal terminal bar at roof-line in rear, otherwise just light edge wear, looks EX. Roof has some wear and scratchy spots as shown and base has some corrosion/flake spots, few edge dings. There are some corrosion spots inside on floor and light bracket. Ivory-color trim between floors is NOT FLAKED as is often the case. Light did not work when tested, brass knife switches are original and complete. It has great potential, due to very nice walls/windows/trim. As is, as shown. It has a nicer than usual instruction sheet underside. It measures 10.25 x 7.25 x about 9 to top of chimney.
