Part of an original horde of brand-new parts bought at famed Madison Hardware in NYC years ago. This is a Prewar Lionel Jr shell 1681 complete with boiler front with trim.

Prewar tin Lionel train Shell Tanker, Baby Ruth, track withswitchback, rr crossing

Vintage Lionel Lines train cars, track with switchbacks and rail crossing. This cool set has a black tender, an orange Shell tanker car (model 1680), a Curtiss Baby Ruth candy boxcar (model 1879), and a red caboose (model 1682). All are Lionel Lines. Fun for a collector. Includes Track sections and switch backs shown, railroad crossing sign. Add these O-guage, tin, and pre-war gems to your collection! The cars have some surface rust and the Baby Ruth and caboose are missing one coupler each. The track has surface rust and some missing connection pins. We used this as a Christmas display.

Lionel 2955 Shell tanker. Prewar Semi Scale

Lionel semi scale prewar diecast tank car. The paint on this car is amazing! The diecast frame is laser straight! The only fault I have with it is the Shell decal on one side has flaked off badly. Still displays nicely though.

It is ready to go and pre-built, Shell SEPX 8126. The item measures 6.5 inches in length, 2.5 inches in height, and 1.6 inches in width, with a weight of 7.0 ounces. It is a C-5 Good grade and has a scale of 1:76. This Lionel tank car is a perfect addition to any model railroad and train collection. RARE PRE-WAR LIONEL #2955 SHELL TANKER LOT #Q-89. LOOK at this Rare Pre-War Lionel #2955 Shell Tanker! What a great addition to your Pre-War collection! Or run on your layout! In good condition for how old it is. Lettering in good condition. Both couplers are present, all four steps and brake wheel intact. Wire railings and ladders are intact, have some corrosion. Lionel Prewar Semi Scale 2955 Shell Tank Car Type 1 from 1940 Gorgeous

This prewar semi-scale beauty is a Type 1 2955 Tank Car. This version was only made in 1940. It is like new except for a tiny piece of decal missing on one side. There is a close up that shows this. The trivial defect is only mentioned for accuracy. Still it is an exemplary example.
