Excellent Original Box with Great Label! Seperation at factory corner tape seal. Solid with complete flaps. Great Overall Box with Tower! These are usually awful! Beautiful Peacock Roof with Red Door and Brick Litho Chimney 437 Switch Tower! All Original and in Excellent condition! Few scratch, bumps and bruises but Excellent + for sure! Roof is amazing and all sides of building including window trims and door are beautiful! Instructions on bottom are fully visible and have no damage like usual. One of the switch knifes (pic14) on back has a missing part which can be harvested from any switch knife accessory or found online with ease and screwed back on. One of the chimney tabs (pic 15) on the top has been broke off but is hardly noticeable (Can also be changed out with ease). Tower has been tested and has power to it. Look at all photos and I think you’ll agree with the condition. As always you get what you pay for with me!
