Lionel Prewar #79 Railroad Crossing Flashing Signal (original!)

Nice piece with original finish. Brass is very clean. When tested, light on bottom blinks as it should, but may be a loose wire to the arms as they light up but then stay off. Will need to be looked at. (Possible loose wire only).
