Look at the wheels, very clean with almost no. Sign of decay or deterioration. I even got a decent. Shot of the copper coil inside that looks. This is untested but. I wouldn’t be surprised if it works just fine. Important to note we do not know if this. Tender is the one supposed to be with this. This is how we got them.
Lot of Lionel (11) & Marx (8) PreWar OGauge Tin Train Cars Mixed In Total 19 Pcs
This package is mixed with LIONEL AND MARX trains. 11 pieces from the lot are Lionel and 8 pieces from the lot are MARX. 12 O Gauge Tin Trains CARS. 4 plastic Train CARS. Please refer to to the pictures for more details. The transformer is not fully tested. We plug it in, it makes a noise but I can’t test it if it operates. The gauge are in good condition for its age. Only one of them as you can see in the picture is missing a pair of wheel. Is the gauge NECKEL PLATE ROAD 956.
Lionel Prewar Two Tone Green #9E 2-4-2 Electric Locomotive Reproduction
C-8 Lionel Standard Gauge 9E 2 tone green 2-4-2 electric engine. The engine is in great condition, and looks great, as if it was never used. This is a modern Lionel reproduction of a fairly rare, circa 1931 or 1932, Lionel engine. It appears to match an original in the details including the color, trim, and a Build-a-Loco motor. This is the later 9E with a low roof and a 2-4-2 wheel arrangement. It has been displayed on a shelf. I tested it and it runs fine but could use a little lubrication. The one coupler is bent but should still work.
