227 LOCO AND TENDER IT IS 80 YEARS OLD AND LOOKS LIKE IT WAS RUN VERY LITTLE THE LOCO RUNS FINE F AND R THIS IS WHAT THE LOCO WILL NEED IT IS MISSING ONE REAR STEP AND IT NEEDS A FRONT COUPLER BUT OTHER THAN THAT IT IS NICE THE TENDER NEEDS REAR TRUCKS THE ONES ON IT ARE NOT ORIGINAL IT SHOULD BE REWIRED IS MISSING THE FOUR SCREWS TO HOLD THE TENDER BODY ON A LITTLE BIT OF WORK AND YOU WILL HAVE A GREAT LOCO. Lionel Prewar O Scale 227 #8976 & 2227B Steam Engine and Bell Ringing Tender

Now available is this Lionel Prewar O Scale 227 #8976 & 2227B Steam Engine and Bell Ringing Tender. This engine is in great shape. It was tested and ran well forward, neutral, and reverse. The e-unit was a little sticky but did work. This engine has sat for many years and a good cleaning/oiling would probably help.
