Great for your layout! In used played with condition. Looks to have been rewired. Will need the post in the cab where the tender hooks up to (draw bar pin). Light bulb has been installed inside cab. Overall loco is in C7 shape. Slight chip on front of cow catcher/pilot & cab is straight with no bends. Both jewel markers are present. Great Piece to run on the layout!!

This is an original, gorgeous clean and perfectly working Vintage 1940’S LIONEL “Standard Gauge #380 Electric Engine 0-4-0 (RARE TAN COLOR)” manufactured by Lionel in the United States. I have pictured well for your viewing. This is an original and rare LIONEL piece. All aspects of this including paint is in fantastic condition, great original color. Bottom carriage is in fantastic condition as well, all looks amazing. We have been in this business for some time now, so feel at ease knowing that you are getting exactly what you see in pictures and ONLY what you see in pictures. This is a great train set. You get everything but track. This 318 was tested on my layout and works great. Could use a good cleaning and lubrication but I will leave that to you. Comes with the 318 engine, 2 Pullman cars and the transformer. I tested the engine but not the transformer. It is all in original condition nothing has been refurbished. The paint has a lot of scratches. See pics for condition. Any questions please ask.

Note I put a white grease on gears, you can see some of it. Found this one in need of lots of help. Needed a lot of work. Need taken apart, cleaned, re-wired, remove dents, strip and repainted shell. Serviced tested and see video of it running. Everything was polished and cleaned. It was totally refurbished and restored the shell and frame, new dummy light, Lot of work but runs and looks great now. Color is Dk Green. If my price seems high I want you to know that I usually put 6-10+ hours of labor restoring it to the condition it is at now. Plus I usually put Fifty to one Hundred ++ dollars in refurbished or new parts. They are almost impossible to find anymore. And are not cheap. Sometimes less sometimes more. If you want one cheaper you may have to repair it and its costly. Even the new parts do not fit and have to be modified. SEE VIDEO OF IT RUNNING.
