Lionel O gage Locomotive Set. Loco is 1689E 2-4-2 and matching tender with 4 passenger cars 33 pieces of track and 2 turnouts and transformer. 2-4-2 Locomotive with Tender. Light in the front turns on but could not get the wheels to turn under power. Drive wheels turn freely by hand. Includes 4 passenger cars. 10 pcs of straight track. 1 pcs of straight terminal track for connecting power. 20 pcs of turns. 1 Lionel transformer (has voltage but may not be showing the correct output). Some Oxidation on most parts. Especially the track and one side of the Loco. Some track pieces are missing the connector prongs on the end of the track.

Handed down from my grandad’s collection, extremely clean set, engine is tested runs beautifully, has light, has 3 position e unit forward and reverse, Smokes wonderful, powerful engine excellent Lionel quality for the collector or starter. Will make someone a very happy owner!!!!!!!!!!!! Box car has I think a ladder missing but they seem all there, unless it was an extra, beautiful cars. I hope it can go to a good home and be appreciated like my grandad did. Engine plus 4 cars, no tracks or transformer, one box car box included. Thank you for viewing my item.

Handed down from my grandad’s collection. This 1615 switcher steam locomotive is extremely clean, as the whole set, engine is tested runs beautifully, 3 position E unit light, forward and reverse, and extremely heavy. I hope someone will enjoy this set as much as my grandpa did. I just want this to go to a good home hopefully. Powerful engine excellent Lionel quality for the collector or starter. The cars are 14 inches long, 5.5 inches tall, and 3 inches wide, with a weight of 4 lb. They are designed for the 3-rail-2-conductor rail system and have an analog control system. I’ve owned this set for at least 10 years. The Engine runs well and is in excellent condition. The engine and passenger cars have been partially painted and the main wheels on the engine have been replaced. Also the passenger cars are in excellent condition.
