It was totally refurbished and restored the shell and frame, Lot of work but runs and looks great now. If my price seems high I want you to know that I usually put 6-10+ hours of labor restoring it to the condition it is at now. Plus I usually put Fifty to one Hundred ++ dollars in refurbished or new parts. They are almost impossible to find anymore. And are not cheap. Sometimes less sometimes more.
