I have done the talk, now my collectibles will do the walk! THIS LISTING IS FOR THE COLLECTION OF BEAUTIFUL STANDARD GAUGE TINPLATE PASSENGER SETS SHOWN ON THE DISPLAY SHELVES, IN THE ATTACHED PHOTO. ALL OF THE TRAINS IN THE COLLECTION, ARE 1930’s LIONEL PREWAR TRAINS, WITH THE EXCEPTION, OF ONE SET, WHICH IS THE SET ON THE TOP TWO SHELVES, WHICH IS AN EARLY MTH TINPLATE TRADITIONS STEPHEN GIRARD 4-CAR PASSENGER SET. The sets are a mixture of original condition and professionally restored trains. It will be difficult to find a more attractive Collection of Standard Gauge passenger train sets than this one. They are in near 100% minty condition. While years old, they look like they were made yesterday. I can make no assertion as to its mechanical function, as I do not have a Standard Gauge track setup. They are in superb condition, and I have no reason to believe they would require anything more than light lubrication to operate on your layout. If you are going to display ithem, as I have done over the years, they are ready to display, as soon as they arrive. Please note the extra custom motor unit, in the top set. It is a second original motor unit, that was CUSTOM converted to a dummy lighted unit, that has a plug in to the front power unit, making this gorgeous MTH tinplate set one-of-a-kind.
