Photos are the best description as to condition. Wheels do turn but seems to not have been run to back when it was new. I think you will be happy but I’m not saying item is perfect. Tender is about the same excellent condition as is probably the original tender to this toy. IMHO, great find for the collector or fine trains. Paint is scraped away on underside where front wheel rub on frame so I believe this is the original condition. Wear on contact rollers is slight if any…..
