This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. A few spots appear to be repainted. There is a difference in texture and spots of streaking in the paint on the locomotive. There is tarnish and discoloration on the brass trim pieces. There is wear and tarnish on the wheels from previous use. The side rods are discolored and worn. This item has been inspected by our repair shop.
