This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are light nicks and scratches on the surfaces of both the locomotive and tender. Additionally, the paint on both items also shows a few light spots of paint chips and abrasions throughout their surfaces. The wheels show signs of wear from previous use.
