11.5 enameled metal hopper is light red original finish, has nickel (aluminum) plates and brass ladders/brake-wheels. It also has nickel journals. One brakewheel looks remounted, but other looks like original mount, so hard to explain this. There are 1935 transition cars with nickel trim and brass plates, but I have never seen a car with nickel plates and brass trim. The light red finish makes it 1935 or later. Original finish has some dirt and wear, mainly edges and ribs, some corrosion and dirt on frame, minor corrosion on rib-wear and coal loads. Couplers and wheels have corrosion.
