Original box and original insert. Appears to be complete, but please see photos closely. Box is good condition with original sale stamp. House is very good and lights work, please be mindful of age of wiring. May not be safe as is and rewriting should be considered or original wires inspected. Couple of the trees are loose and not currently affixed. Several trees and bushes are bent or slightly flattened. I do my best to describe but please use photos as best reference for condition.
