Up for sale is a Really Nice Prewar Lionel Standard Gauge 384T Black with Red Stripe coal tender in very good condition. I took close up pictures for you to decide it’s condition for yourself. Looks like it was refurbished by previous owner. Only tested on track and it ran quite smoothly in forward. Did not shift into reverse but sounds like it was trying. Possibly just needs cleaned and oiled. No other functions if any have been tested. Locomotive and Tender are in very nice condition. Please see pictures for best description of exactly what you will receive.

NOW LISTING ONE OF SEVERAL VERY EARLY LIONEL PREWAR LOCOMOTIVES, CARS AND ACCESSORIES AS SHOWN. THIS IS A LIONEL VERY EARLY #158 NYC 0-4-0 ELECTRIC LOCOMOTIVE THAT HAS BEEN MOSTLY LIKELY REPAINTED AS SHOWN. IT MAY HAVE BEEN BLACK AND IS NOW AS WELL. NEEDS TO BE REWIRED. NEEDS BELL AND LAMP ASSEMBLY. I DID PUT MY WIRE LEADS DIRECTLY ON ONE POST AND THE TIP OF THE ARMATURE AND THE MOTOR RAN FOR ME. WIRES ALL DRIED OUT. NO SCREWS HOLDING BODY SHELL ON. COULD BE MADE INTO A VERY NICE LITTLE LOCOMOTIVE IF YOU HAVE THE REPAIR SKILLS?

Vintage Lionel Prewar #262 O Gauge 2-4-2 Steam Locomotive Black with Copper Trim
For sale here I have the LIONEL 262E along with the 262T coal tender that are in the combo of black paint and copper trim. The locomotive is equipped with a reversing mechanism located within the cab, also a bight headlight and flag holders up front. The locomotive runs out real well, it is free of excessive lubricant’s and no grime. The paint finish is really nice with minimal paint loss, reference the photos please. The roof line of the cab is nicely rounded, the boiler front latch is sound and working. The copper accents a bit dull but are without dents, the handrails are properly shaped and the bell with ornamental whistle are intact. Both the locomotive and the tender are free of rust, I find no paint touch work, please note the drive rod of the engineer side has miner flaking of the nickel finish, finally one of two green marker lens is missing as is one handrail anchor.

This prewar Lionel train in O gauge is a semi-scale Hudson 4-6-4 763E. Locomotive is in great shape and solid with no zinc pest. Locomotive frame is straight with no cracking or swelling. Item has normal wear with no major scratching and lettering is crisp and legible. Locomotive runs and E-unit operates great. Tender is in great shape and the whistle is clear and sounds great. Locomotive has newer pilot as the original was broken. This train is a great addition to any collection and is perfect for model train enthusiasts. Please look over all photos and I can also provide a video of the locomotive running and the tender whistling.
