Lionel O Gauge Prewar 1668 Steam Locomotive & Tender 3-Car Freight Set

As pictured, as is. I could only get it to run in reverse. I do not know what is involved to fix it. Red reflector is off engine but is included. Will be in bag, in the box. All the boxes are very worn/damaged.
