Lionel Prewar 263E Locomotive withBox

Prewar 263E steam locomotive with original box. This locomotive is in EX condition. Nice color and nickel trim. Average imperfections on the boiler showing average play wear. Spoked drivers, directional control on the fly, operating headlight and firebox light. Locomotive ran perfectly when testing. Smooth transition from F/N/R. Headlight and firebox lights work. The box is EX. One side flap missing, large cover flap present. Original inspection tag included. Lionel manufactured these locomotives in the late 1930’s. Please see photos as they are the best description. NOTE: I leave feedback 24-48 hours after feedback is left for me. Prewar Lionel Semi-Scale Black Hudson 4-6-4 763E with 2226W Tender

This prewar Lionel train in O gauge is a semi-scale Hudson 4-6-4 763E. Locomotive is in great shape and solid with no zinc pest. Locomotive frame is straight with no cracking or swelling. Item has normal wear with no major scratching and lettering is crisp and legible. Locomotive runs and E-unit operates great. Tender is in great shape and the whistle is clear and sounds great. Locomotive has newer pilot as the original was broken. This train is a great addition to any collection and is perfect for model train enthusiasts. Please look over all photos and I can also provide a video of the locomotive running and the tender whistling.

LIONEL Prewar 260 engine & Tender 260T 6 wheel trucks, see Video & Pictures

Camera shows it running slow. That is the camera. IT runs fast if you want. This is a Lionel 260E engine and 260T WITH THE 6 WHEEL TRUCKS, I Refurbished it, serviced and Cleaned all the copper/brass. Another one I refurbished. It was in poor condition when I bought it. Needed wheels, rewired, Lots of cosmetic parts missing, has a newer E-Unit with a switch in back to be able to run forward and reverse or switch it to run in one direction only. It run slow to really fast. I went over and cleaned all the brass and copper. Check wheels, Installed new pick ups. Added the missing side rods. I serviced it also. Engine was totally gone over and serviced. When tested ran great. All parts where cleaned and polished that were original. Added new parts that were missing or damaged. It was in very poor condition when I found it. Great show piece and runner. What you see you will get. I had a lot of time and cost of parts in this set. Part are just not. Anymore and when you find them they are very costly. Restore one and see. Tender has 4 wheel trucks. Any other questions please ask. See description & pictures. See pictures of it running. Very nice running or displaying engine. You will enjoy it. It is almost 90 YEARS OLD Antique/ Vintage set. Great Lionel Vintage/Antique Rarer type. So ask questions and look at the pictures.
