Lionel Hell Gate Bridge in very good condition. Type I – 1928 to 1934. This is the largest of Lionel’s bridges, stretching 28 1/2″ long, 11″ wide, and standing 10 1/2 tall, designed to accept standard gauge trains. Styled along the lines of New York’s famed Hell Gate Bridge that spans the East River, with four simulated stone towers made of pressed steel. Like the real Hell Gate, which is based on the Dutch name (“Hellegat” meaning beautiful straight) given to the water below, Lionel’s bridge was a steel arch bridge and not a suspension bridge. Lionel chose to paint the arches green, the simulated stone towers are painted cream, and the base and door frames are painted orange. The trim on the bridge is brass. If you have any questions then feel free to message me.

VINTAGE PREWAR LIONEL JUNIOR MODEL 1700 STREAMLINER for REPAIR or PARTS F. You are looking at a “black dial” Zenith tombstone. The interesting element of this particular radio is the size which offers the superior properties of other Zenith models with a smaller size. The radio displays beautifully with a quality cabinet and a nice top luster. There were a couple of tiny repairs made on the back edge of the cabinet which are virtually invisible. Note, the radio retains the factory speaker cloth and the wood. THE ITEMS WE SELL ARE “AS FOUND”. I DO NOT CLEAN NOR ATTEMPT TO RESTORE ANY OF THE PIECES. I TRY TO RESPECT THAT. Lionel semi scale prewar diecast tank car. The paint on this car is amazing! The diecast frame is laser straight! The only fault I have with it is the Shell decal on one side has flaked off badly. Still displays nicely though.
