TEST RUN ON THE TRACK – WORKS BOTH DIRECTIONS GREAT. COMES WITH ORIGINAL LIONEL FLAGS. LOCOMOTIVE BOX MISSING ONE END UPPER FLAP. THE CARS ALSO HAVE SOME PAINT WEAR. ALL CARS HAVE WORKING LIGHTS. THE BOXES FOR THE CARS HAVE LOOSE OR MISSING FLAPS MAINLY AT ONE SIDE. THE LOCOMOTIVE BOX WITH INSERT IS VERY GOOD FOR THAT AGE, SOME TEARING, STAINING. THE OUTFIT BOX IS STURDY SHOWING WEAR. Lionel Prewar Lighted Villa #189 1923-1932

This is a Lionel prewar lighted metal villa # 189. This was made between 1923 and 1932. She is old but looks pretty darn good. She is between 96 and 103 years old. Works as it should needs a good cleaning. Please see all photos, and ask any questions you may have. Lionel Prewar O Gauge 252 Freight set 657 831 2620 used repair Restore

Wheels on engine stuck and do not turn. Need to be replaced. Pot metal on Flanges cracking. See pictures of engine wheels. Trains show wear scratches, some rust, on couplers and axles is various places. This is a great project set for repairing and / or Restoring. Vintage Lionel Prewar Original 2955 Semi-scale Shell Die-cast Tank Car

This would definitely benefit from a cleaning. It’s a little bit dusty from being stored on the shelf. I believe it would clean up to excellent condition. Use the pictures to help determine that for yourself. If you have any questions, I’m happy to answer them. Somewhere along the line, this was converted to run with post war trains, so it does not have pre-war trucks and couplers. It has the post war.
