Lionel Prewar 260E & 260 Tender, Black and green see Video & Pictures serviced

Or handed down in the family and put up for sale. When I sell a item I go over it completely. Clean everything, make sure it run. And replace missing parts, and make sure you have a nice running train. I do spend the time and restore them if in really bad shape. My trains will run with all parts there. Some are completely restored. Want one that works I have them. Want one to work on there are a lot out there. This is a Lionel 260e engine and 260Tender, Black shells & Green frames. Restored engine, Switches F & R see video. I serviced and Cleaned all the trim. Replaced missing parts, Has newer style e-unit with the lever in the back coming down so you can use it if you w ant. Engine was competly gone over, many new parts, wheels, new e-unit, rewired, trucks rails. Some one broke off the hitch pin in the back for the tender. Then drilled a larger hole and put a screw in, that was not working. Had to drill and tap a new hole and put in a new pin. It now worked great with no problems. When I bought it, it needed work and missing parts. The engine did run so I serviced it. The tender looks like a old original or old restored tender that came with the engine. Camera shows it running slow. That is the camera. It run slow to really fast. I went over and cleaned all the brass and copper. New trucks, Added the missing side rods. I serviced it also. When tested ran OK. All parts where cleaned and polished that were original. Added new parts that were missing or damaged. What you see you will get. I had a lot of time and cost of parts in this set. Part are just not. Try to fined a good one. Anymore and when you find them they are very costly. Restore one and see. Lionel Pre War 380 Standard Gauge Locomotive-KD-99

The trains seem to have normal wheel wear. The locomotive has some light paint wear but for the most part is in decent condition for it’s age. This engine is a brown color and possible older repaint not 100% sure. The engine is missing the Lionel tag on bottom The locomotive was bench tested and did function when tested. Lionel Prewar 1689E Steam Passenger Train Set with Track Untested

Offered is a vintage Lionel prewar O-gauge passenger train set consisting of a Lionel 1689E steam locomotive, matching Lionel Lines tender, two No. 1690 passenger coaches, one No. 1691 observation car, and 14 pieces of O-gauge track (10 curved and 4 straight). This train set has been stored for many years and has not been tested, due to lack of transformer. Lionel 1689E steam locomotive. 10 curved O-gauge track sections. 4 straight O-gauge track sections. The locomotive, tender, passenger cars, and track are all in original vintage condition with expected wear from age and use. Paint shows scratches, chips, and wear consistent with a train set that is approximately 85 years old. The passenger cars retain attractive original lithography and display well. Vintage Lionel No. 224 O Gauge Steam Locomotive (Pre-War) As-Is

Product Details: Brand: Lionel Model: No. 224 Steam Locomotive Gauge: O Gauge Era: Vintage Pre-War (Late 1930s / Early 1940s) Body: Heavy die-cast metal with great authentic patina Condition Description (Please Read Carefully):Valve Gear Issue: Please note that one side of the valve gear linkage is broken. The small black accent piece/eccentric crank that secures the metal rods to the main drive wheel is fractured (clearly documented in the close-up photo). It will require a simple part replacement or repair. Aside from the broken linkage piece, the locomotive is in fantastic cosmetic shape for its age. The undercarriage, gears, wheels, and pick-up rollers are show in the pictures.
