Boxes are in rough shape. Definitely a restore option for someone that has the time. All wheels on cars spin fine and there doesn’t seem to be much denting on cars, just some rust and paint missing chipping and flaking.

Bought it but had much work on the engine, wheels, Pick ups. Cab damage, Frame damaged, wires repainted. Vintage/Antique Lionel 150 Prewar 0-4-0 Electric engine. To restore these from almost junk take many hours, parts and finding the old prewar parts are getting very hard to find. I try to save every old part, fix them, and polish them to look good. Like restoring a old car you never get you value of your time. It’s just a hobby to get them back one the road. The 150 Engines runs only in one direction forward and is shorter than the 152/153. You only run them one way anyway. I when over this engine and re-painted the shell and frame. After completed I put a coat of clear coat to protect the decals and prevent rust on hand rails. This one was in real bad condition but now back on the road again. Good wheels and pick ups, and Re wired. Runs slow to fast speed. See last pictures of it running. Lubed, Over 90 years old. I went over it and serviced it. Repaired and replaced what was needed to make it like it is. New bell and light cleaned up. Runs, Serviced, Very nice runner, lubed, try to used most original parts and cleaned them up, Check out the pictures. See pictures for best description. Ead light that work.
