Try to find a pair! 97 Years old and Working!!! Rare in any Condition! Working order, see photos! Extremely Scarce 1928 Ives Boulevard 1882 Lamp Post. Both have been tested and are in working order. Both lamps are mottled and have crazing at bases. 1 light bulb is out but will include an extra repop. Looks like a small clear spot of clear enamel near the crazing line on one of the bases.. But i could be wrong. Either way both shafts are structurally strong and are still being held together originally. 1 bulb sits in socket a little crooked but can be fixed to be straight if you take the socket out and reposition it. Please look at all pics and judge condition for yourself. If you need anymore photos please ask. Very tough to find!

Boat that measures 16 3/4″ Stern to Bow x 4 3/4″ Wide x. 4 3/4 Tall on Stand. There is a cleat missing on the starboard bow. We are not the original owners, this may have been restored at one point. We cannot guarantee that the passengers are original to the piece, they do appear to be of the period however the condition of them is too good. The Way this item looks in photos is how we received it. The stand and boat have some paint loss and finish wear consistent with age.

This piece comes with the 3 correct lights, and they all are wired and work. The top train switch is present, but it was not tested. This building looks all original, with all the moving doors, the two clocks, and the trim work. I don’t see anything missing. This 80+ year old station shows minor scratches, but no rust. The bottom of this building is incredible. The dimensions of the metal building are approximately 13.5″L x 9″W x 9 H. Give this as a very special gift, or add this to your layout. You will not be disappointed.
