Untouched original 1548 windup passenger set from 1936-37. Cars show some scratching and a few light rust spots here and there, they couple together properly. Engine is missing the spring and sound unit, the large gear does operate the wheels. I do not see any pot metal issues, the rear lower body corners are a little bent but not cracked. The track is original and looks nice for being almost 90 years old, does need some straightening. I added the key but do not know it’s age, it has some light rust showing on the edges. I have provided plenty of pictures to show the details.

Everybody has a RED one… Extra nice and complete Mickey Minnie windup handcar. Great for any antique or toy collector. Seems to work as it should when tested but not guaranteed. Seems all original (no repainting or touch-up) except for the replaced legs; which may be a good thing as a toy with crumbling fragile 80 year old legs may not be a good thing; especially if the toy is handled or demonstrated. Green version is much harder to find that the red version. What is included is: the windup toy in the green version, the straight, strong original box w/insert, original key, original (real genuine Lionel not “other” 2 rail track) 8 piece circle of track and an original (not a copy) advertising catalog that was packed with these toys back in the day advertising other Lionel toys available at that time. All is in good used but still useable condition. No return on this antique.
