It has not been tested, the wheels are currently locked up and are not moving. Its going to need to be totally gone over or used for display or parts or restoration only. It does have missing trim parts and one of the linkage screws on the one side is missing for sure. I also package well and I use computer generated labels with tracking #’s on all my packaging.
