This lot includes an original vintage prewar Lionel 263e whistle tender. Nice clean and appears as original to me. Has good front casting and working metal whistle body. Very nice clean gunmetal gray whistle tender. Tender only no loco. May need to be cleaned and lubricated for better performance.

Trying to finish up my last few old prewar engines that I still have laying around before I give it up. Then have some in my private collection. If my price seems high I want you to know that I usually put 6-10+ hours of labor restoring it to the condition it is at now. Plus I usually put Fifty to one Hundred dollars in refurbished or new parts. Sometimes less sometimes more. If you want one cheaper you may have to repair it and its costly. Even the new parts do not fit and have to be modified. It is a very nice Lionel 254 Red Restored by me, rebuilt motor, new wheels, added a e-unit, , Brass all cleaned, new lights and runs well. E-unit does forward-neutral- reverse well. I added this e-unit during restore. Never had a problem. Tested and works See last pictures of it running. Been restore these for many years as a hobby. But it need cleaned , some new wires, all brass polished, two new lights. Service and added new wires. See last two pictures of it running. Has been serviced, Tested and runs.
