Enameled metal 2-story bungalow house, made mid to late 1930’s looks original/complete. It is tan/buff on Mojave base with ivory-white windows, terra cotta chimney and apple green roof. It has some damage at front dormer windows as shown, some roof wrinkles from improper roof-removal, light dirt. Otherwise a very nice example. All Items, including N. (new-old-stock), are graded and represented as vintage collectibles. Operational ability and characteristics or completeness of vintage motors, mechanisms, wiring, bulbs etc are not guaranteed.
