This lot includes an original vintage prewar Lionel 263e whistle tender. Nice clean and appears as original to me. Has good front casting and working metal whistle body. Very nice clean gunmetal gray whistle tender. Tender only no loco. May need to be cleaned and lubricated for better performance.

The locomotive and tender are both in very good shape. No rust or missing parts. The loco serviced and tested – it runs and reverses just fine, e-unit cycles perfectly, the whistle on the tender also works fine.
