This is a Lionel 2957 Vintage O Prewar New York Central Die-Cast Metal Illuminated Caboose from 1940-42. This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good. One of the corner steps is heavily chipped. The guardrail pieces on both ends are bent. This car shows heavy scratches and paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. This car shows heavy rust on the chassis and trucks. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included. Please check the photos for a detailed look at this item. These vintage Lionel train cars are amazing and in amazing shape for their age. All show normal age and wear but overall they are in beautiful condition. I’m hoping someone can add these to their collection. They all have a wonderful patina throughout and I don’t see any damage or missing wheels. Don’t miss out!
