This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. Both items have been re-painted. The locomotive is non-functional. The locomotive is missing the flag pieces form the boiler front. The locomotive and tender show scratches and spots of paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis.
