Lionel Prewar 234e Set. 259e 259t 600 601 602. The engine runs, forward reverse neutral. But struggles to pull the cars. I did clean the e-unit and commutator. But The front wheels slip due to wheels being loose on the axle. May need new axles or wheels. I do have the rear truck for the engine, but its missing axle and wheels. The Locomotive motor has been cleaned and serviced/the direction/Eunit cycles correctly so it runs great in forward and reverse. The headlamp functions as depicted in the photos and all the nickel trim is in very nice condition. Locomotive comes with original box and insert. The tender is a non whistling unit thats in very good condition with the letter boards and all trim intact. We do not have a box for the tender. Thank You for your interest.
