The Lionel Prewar (1930-32, best we can tell) 248 Electric Locomotive with (1926-30, best we can tell) 607 Pullman and 608 Observation Cars is a vintage O gauge model train set that replicates the iconic Pullman cars in red color. Made in the United States by the renowned toy and hobby brand Lionel, this electric locomotive features a 0-4-0 wheel configuration, perfect for collectors and model train enthusiasts. This nostalgic set captures the charm and detail of classic railroad travel, making it a coveted addition to any train collection. Dad took the engine to a train shop in Louisville, KY recently and it was in working order. A new bulb was put on. He is not sure about whether or not the light works in the Pullman car. These were used a lot when dad was a kid in 40s & early 50s. See pictures for details on what you get.

Try to find a pair! 97 Years old and Working!!! Rare in any Condition! Working order, see photos! Extremely Scarce 1928 Ives Boulevard 1882 Lamp Post. Both have been tested and are in working order. Both lamps are mottled and have crazing at bases. 1 light bulb is out but will include an extra repop. Looks like a small clear spot of clear enamel near the crazing line on one of the bases.. But i could be wrong. Either way both shafts are structurally strong and are still being held together originally. 1 bulb sits in socket a little crooked but can be fixed to be straight if you take the socket out and reposition it. Please look at all pics and judge condition for yourself. If you need anymore photos please ask. Very tough to find!

Offered here is a Lionel Pre War O gauge 2613 Pullman passenger car. The car has been professionally restored and is beautiful. Features illumination and automatic couplers. The only defect I can see is a minor imperfection in the metal on the roof. Its very hard to see if your not looking for it. It does show in the roof image lower left. This car is an oddball. It originally came in the two tone blue colors, but when Lionel offered this car in those colors it also came with nickle steps. The mounting slots aren’t even there for steps. It was not uncommon for Lionel to use up alternate inventory available at the time. It has all of the hallmarks of the two tone green cars. I saw this car before it was restored and it was originally two tone blue. In any event, the car is beautiful and would compliment any Blue Comet set as an additional Pullman car or just to add a Pullman to your short line consists.
