Lionel prewar 116 large passenger station in late colors and OB C7 Exc beauty

Limited time left as I will be packing to move the first week of April. It has original skylights and light bulbs, but possibly rewired at some point with correct black rubber insulated small gauge stranded wire. One front right corner has slight indent and paint loss as shown in closeup photo. The box is split at cloth tape seam and missing two flaps and a small chunk of cardboard. There is some writing and water stains on the sides. It is dated “6” indicating 1936. Hard to find, nice original with box and not a repaint or reproduction.
