Lionel 255E Vintage O Prewar 2-4-2 Tinplate Steam Locomotive & 263W Tender. Here is a Custom Painted Lionel 255E 2-4-2 Gun-Metal Steam Locomotive and 2263W Gun-Metal Tender from 1935-36. The locomotive motor and 3-position E-unit have been tested and work fine. The headlight works as well. It has a red fire box glow light, full set of driving rods, shiny nickel handrails, steam domes, stack and trim. The tender has Type IX-A 6- wheel stamped metal trucks with nickel journals and a rear box coupler. Minor scratches and paint nicks, minor surface rust, no dents.
